From what it seems, you receive this error because the file where the information is stored is corrupted. In most of the cases these files are not recoverable because there isn't a repairing tool available. In order to fix the issues, I suggest you simply uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install it again.
