I'm using Epic Hyperspace 2012 on Surface 2. I have installed the Citrix Receiver and I can open the application. Unfortunately, it is responding really poorly to touchscreen. Can you help?
The software is not working properly because it is not designed to work on tablets. Even if you use the Citrix Receiver, you will not be able to use the software as you should be if you're using a classic PC. My recommendation is to upgrade the Citrix Receiver to the latest version and then to uninstall and reinstall the software.
