Can't print from my printer.

Question

I have printed labels from my laptop to the printer before, but now it is not printing. The printer has a Neo4 after the name that I have not seen before. (EPSON WF-7520 Series is what it normally shows, now it says EPSON WF-7520 Series on Neo4). I can print other things and, as I said, have printed with this program on the same computer to the same printer in the past, same way I've always done it. Any ideas?

To attempt a possible fix for this solution, the best thing to do at this time is manually perform a complete reset for the printer you're using. Most printers have the On/OFF button set up as a Reset button, as well. Turn on the printer then press the On/Off button for a couple of seconds to reset the printer. This will eliminate any errors and it will be rebooted. Additionally, attempt a reinstall of the current drivers as well. This is another possibility to fix the printing problems.
