What if user closes the application as sometimes it hangs up and then you are unable to do anything?

Once the system starts, sometimes INET just hangs up and then Windows 7 gives an option to close the program, and then user can use it freely.

When this happens, try running the application with administrator access and make sure the software is configured properly to communicate with Internet. Additionally, access the README file for INET and check that the requirements are up to date and installed properly. This should fix the error. A communication/functionality issue might cause these errors.
