Is there a RMP equivalent program for iPad? I used it many years on my PC and it was great.
As you can see on the official web page Spacejock Software developed the RMP program to run only on Windows platforms. Unfortunately, there is no version compatible with iPad devices. I suggest you use Fantastical 2, Evernote or Due as an alternative solution.
