Open messages with Notepad.

Using the Email My Texts application, my computer which runs Windows XP opens the threads in Notepad and does not include the entire message. Is there a workaround?

When you want to open a file which has an unknown or unused (until that point) format, the OS will automatically search for an application compatible to it. In this case, the operating system suggests Notepad by default. To open your messages with another program, export them to a location on your computer, right click on one of the files and choose Open with > Choose default program and from the list provided, choose one that suits you.
