If your phone is not connected with Hi Suite, or if the software doesn't recognize the device, right-click the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the Y511 device using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to retrieve the drivers. If this doesn't help, download and install the updated version of Hi Suite.
