According to the official website of the developer, the Windows platforms on which Cricut Craft Room can run are: Windows XP Home or Professional Edition with service pack 3 (32 and 64 bit), Windows Vista Home Premium, Business, Ultimate or Enterprise (32 and 64 bit), or Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit). The program is not compatible with Windows 8 or Windows 8.1
