I have a problem with my printer. It keeps telling me that there is an "E 6" error. I have replenish the ink, but the problem persists. Can you help?

The error code indicates that the printer cannot detect the cartridges. In order to solve this problem, you need to turn off the printer and to replace the ink cartridges not only to replenish the ink.
