Cnet has a link and review for Glary utilities that is a free download and it has a duplicate file finder.
I use Glary Utilities for disk cleanup,etc and also have used it to find duplicates. If you run the module it lists many duplicate files and you have the choice to keep or delete. You do need to be careful when deleting though.
