Saving team member tech IDs in the mobile app.

Question

I have entered my team members tech IDs multiple times because every couple of weeks they are lost. With 25 tech IDs to enter this becomes a lengthy process. Is there a way to permanently save them in the mobile app, so regardless of what the program does, they are saved for life? Is there an iOS version available?

You will have to send an inquiry about this issue to the official developers, because the application is not publicly available. There is no manual or guide to troubleshoot the errors or the functionality of the application. No info for an iOS version is provided as well.
