That error is related to the compatibility of the file you are trying to import. The version 3.6 is very old and Busy Express 12 is new. There is also a newer one called BUSY 14 (Rel 6.5) (the latest version). If you have the software installed, press F1 or go to Help > Contents. You need to look through the Import procedure and then attempt to import the file, because it's possible that other procedures have to be completed. There is also a probability that the file you are trying to import is not compatible with the new version at all .
