Where must I press the code?

If I press that code at the place I have to put my pin, the * doesn't show and when I press #, it confirms the code.

The code you have to enter is 12345 but only after you input the primary one #7780# on the dialer screen. Open phone dialer, input `#7780#` then use the keyboard to enter the next code. The phone will ask you to confirm the procedure and then it should restart accordingly. Wait a few minutes, and you will have a brand new phone in terms of OS installation.
