If the printer window is empty it means that there is no active printer configured on your computer. If you have a printer attached to the computer, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. Make sure the printer is correctly installed and available. In case there is an item with a yellow marker, it means the printer is not installed correctly. Use the Support CD to install the drivers then go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Right click the printer and select Default printer then it should be available.
