There is no application you can install on your PsVita to upload images to Instagram but there is a simple way to do it without too many steps. Visit Gamblr with the default browser and upload a picture using this interface. Gamblr is like a bridge between Instagram and your device. It uses a web interface and custom API to connect to the Instagram website.

u can connect a usb port to a computer and post pics from there and it is really easy
