Opening backup in the application.

My DVR is not showing backup and hard disk is showing the file. How to get the recording in DVR software?

To open the backup file, start the application then create another backup. Locate it on the hard driver, then use the file you want to open and place it next to the other backups. Restart the application and the backup file will be available in the list ready to be viewed. Additionally, consult the Help menu (or file in the installation directory).
