Assistance to retrieve lost program.

My computer, as well as all my backed up data, programs, works-in-progress, reg. codes, were recently destroyed by an electrical fire in my home studio. I purchased the license for Wind Chimes (which I am aware has been discontinued) and it had become a regular and essential music creation instrument I used in concert with Roland's sound canvas. I believe this program is also a wonderful educational tool. Is there a way to obtain a download link for the program? I know that Adobe purchased it and they developed a new program (Adobe Audition), but I want the old Wind Chimes.

As you said, the product was discontinued and the developer was bought by Adobe. Unfortunately, there is no way to download the program anymore because the official download server is down. Also, the program can't be found on any of the major resale websites like Amazon or eBay. You can try to contact the staff from Adobe, but chances that they will provide for a copy of the product are little.
