Unfortunately, this program is an old one and there is no way to obtain a download link for it because the download server is down and the developer has discontinued the product. It seems that the program is still available to be purchased on Amazon. This is the only way to obtain a copy of the product if you lost the installer disk. The application is developed to run on Windows XP, so if you are using a newer OS, use Windows XP Mode to facilitate the installation of the program.
