The request time out is caused by the Internet connection or the servers. In both cases, your computer didn't receive any reply from the server. This could mean the server is out of business or down for maintenance. Another possibility is that the Internet connection is filtered making it impossible for you to access the server in which case the balance in your account is practically useless .
