Functional Neuroanatomy is a freeware application compatible only with Windows operating systems. I suggest you to install the program using CrossOver, a tool which allows you to run Windows applications on your Mac without requiring a Windows OS license. Also, you can use Boot Camp which lets you install Windows on a separate partition of your hard drive. If all of these don't work, you can try Axiom Neuro, a similar application that uses 3D animation clips to illustrate the functional neuroanatomy of the spinal cord and brainstem as well as cranial nerves.
