No, Clock Server and Clocklink for Timeforce are not compatible with Windows 2012 platforms. Also, from what it seems, the utilities have been discontinued and are no longer supported by the developers. In order to run the programs on the new platform, I suggest you try using the Compatibility Mode. Right-click the programs icon, select Properties and navigate to the Compatibility tab. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible platform from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK.
