Unfortunately, from as far as I can tell, the answer is no - here are the languages that NaturalReader voices are available for: http://www.naturalreaders.com/sample.htm http://www.naturalreaders.com/order_information.htm

But there are other somehow similar applications that support Brazilian Portuguese, such as:
