Transferring information from Paperflow into Papervision.

When I create a new project and data group, how do I get the information to transfer into Papervision? I have matched the information on both systems, however, the new project and data group information will not download into Papervision with the rest of our information after it is scanned.

I would recommend using the Customer Support for this issue because there is no troubleshooting guide for the applications. Basically, the process you have explained should work by itself, meaning that if you have them installed and working, when used, the applications should synchronize one with each other.
