As the Gorden Navas said . we can use password reset disk to recover the admin password or unlock lenovo laptop login password with third-party tools , They are all effective way to do . But i don't support forced closure and startup since it will reduce the life of the computer, it's not scientific ,you can user your password reset disk to do , which can help you to reset your old password from Lenovo laptop Login page ,there is no doubt it is a easy way .
