View password protected PST file.

This question is to the developer of the Free Outlook PST File Viewer software, I just want to know if can I view PST files that are password protected as well?

3) Password Protected PST File
4) Encrypted PST File

I have checked the official description of the software and there was nothing in terms of viewing password protected files. This could mean the software doesn't have support for such features. However, to contact the developer use the Contact US info available on its official website.
