NCLite install requires a password. What is the password?

I downloaded the free version of NCLite but when installing it requires a password. How do I get this password?

The password to install the program is delivered to you when you request access to the application. If you've downloaded the application from the 3rd party website, you might need to use the online form to request access to the software. You will also be given an installation password which you can use to unlock the software's install procedure.
