I have problems with 4-Channel USB2.0 DVR. Can you help?

I was able to install the Superviewer software and driver. When opening the SuperViewer and connect one camera, there's no video on screen. I go to setup mode to check all available screen from NTSC, PAL & Secam but nothing happens.

Please advise me what went wrong. I'm using Pentium 4, 1.5GB memory.

The most common problems related to DVR applications and cameras are related to driver installation. On the computer where the application is installed, check the Device Manager for the driver's installation. It's most likely possible that the drivers for the USB device were not installed properly.
