Doesn't work on Windows 8 64bit. What to do?

why ?... I am using windows 8 enterprise n 64-bit on my computer over a year..
windows 8 64-bit is best os i ever used. It is fast, efficient, stable, extra features, etc...
i am using window 8 for developing app for windows(xp,vista,7 and 8) and android devices,It support almost all.

You can download the application but there is no information about it anymore. There is no supported operating systems or active developed. Download (100 MB) the file and install it using the compatibility options. Right click the file and select Troubleshoot compatibility. It should work this way.

Per what I have researched and found SEE 1st link. 1) Per Microsoft Garmin GPS devices will not work with Streets and Maps due to proprietary signal from Garmin USB cable (that's how Microsoft explains it)

Though with another piece of software, a virtual driver, "fools" the USB port into thinking the USB port is a serial port (also mentioned in the Microsoft article linked above) The software to be used to do the trickery is found at this link:
