The Print Puzzle option is not available in the shareware version. You will need to buy the Pro version. If the print option still does not appear after you've bought the product, then you might need to check the printers attached to your computer. Alternatively, go to Start > Run > and type services.msc. Locate Print Spooler in the list and restart it then try to print again.
