You just need to launch Stock Management and to enter your username and password in the provided fields. You can't edit any file in order to change the account information, but I suggest you remove the software from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys that may contain your account information and install it again. In this way you will be able to set a new username and password.
