Color settings in Silvercrest software.

I am using the Silvercrest product to change a VHS tape to DVD, but can't get it to record in colour. Can you help?

There are users who confirmed the software and the device work correctly. The first thing you need to do is to check the video cable. If you're using an HDMI or RCA, then I advise replacing them. Secondly, access the settings of the software used to record and choose other video modes. Make sure the recording is proper for your country NTSC & variants (US, Japan) or PAL & variant (BG, D, etc).
