Usage of scripts.

I can use some of the one-step scripts I created with CEP, but multi-step scripts are a no-go in Audition. As of now, I use CEP to run older scripts I created (before I had AA), and AA to run new scripts I've created in that program.

As someone recommend, you should take advantage of the Audition 3.0 and avoid using scripts from CEP and older versions. The problem with multi-step scripts is that they are hard to process. Since there is no bypass for this, I also recommend avoiding the usage of multi-scripts created with older versions. Use the new 3.0 version and you should be fine. Plus, it also offers additional benefits by taking advantage of new features.
