I'm not able to activate the HMS program.

I'm not able to activate the HMS program on my new laptop. I removed it from the original PC and installed on a new machine. Can you help?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall. After that, remove the HMS software, reboot the PC, install it again and try to activate it. If it doesn't work, you may need to require a new license number. For this purpose you will need to contact the developers.
