I am unable to print using my printer.

My Canon MG3100 printer will not print any documents I am sending from my laptop.
It keeps saying there is something ahead of it in the queue causing the problem, but I have cleared the queue numerous times and tried rebooting everything without success. The printer works fine for copying. Can you advise, please?

You need to reset the Print Spool because it's possible that it's blocked or tuned off. Go to Start > Run and type services.msc. Locate Print Spooler and right click it then Restart and try to print again. If done correctly and the drivers are installed accordingly, the printer should start printing again.
