You shouldn't trust these types of applications because the website looks suspicious. The rooting process takes more than a simple app to complete. The Unlock Flash, according to the developer's description, is a universal root package that has the capability of rooting phones in a few easy steps. I have installed it and although it places original flashing applications, the software comes bundled with malware.
