What is Png2ImaGe and how did I get this in my extensions list?

Png2ImaGe is an extension that allows you to convert PNG images to JPG images. On some computers PNG extension is not recognized and this add-on makes it easier for you but if you don't want it, there is always the possibility to remove it.
