Why would my console not be working?

well in this case go to your vendor and check it.

Try to contact your shopkeeper or hardware engineer man.

The console part is a module that's available with the GS3100 software and drivers package. If you have issues with the console, then I recommend re-install it. In case the installation takes place from a CD, browse that CD and make sure you install all other requirements, then start again.
