The first thing you have to do is to re-install the vault application you used to lock them. After this procedure, access the options of the vault and scan for the locked files. If you're lucky, the files should be recognized and added back to the application. From this point forward, everything should be simple. Unlock them with the password and that's it. Alternatively, recovery won't be possible because the files are encrypted and there is no way to decrypt them.
