I can't view my online bank checks. The bank says that it's Java's fault. How to solve this?

I click on icon to view checks and it doesn't come up. I've turned pop-up blocker, but still it does not work.

Some banks use Java. This means that you will need to actually install Java Runtime scripting to be able to view the documents requested. By default, Java is enabled in the common browsers. Make sure to turn the feature on from the Scripting section in Internet Explorer or from Settings in the other browsers. Refresh the page and then try opening the documents again.
