If you still have PC Cleaner Plus installed, go to Help > About or Help > Registration. As far as I know, these applications can be purchased as "one time payment" which means you have the possibility to install and use it as long as you have the serial number generated for you. Go to Start > All Programs > PC Cleaner. Start the application, and if it asks for a serial number, input the one you purchased then scan the computer.
