In order to remove GTA: San Andreas Ultimate , you need to select it and to press the Delete/Del key from your keyboard. If you already installed the mod, you can uninstall it using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program). If it doesn't work, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
