Does File Express 6 support Windows 8.1?

Just need to know, if File Express will run on Windows 8.1.

The application wasn't developed for Windows 8.1. It was developed with support for Windows XP, Windows 95 and Windows 2000. You might need to use Troubleshoot Compatibility but the application uses 16bit architecture which is not supported by Windows 8.1. Concluding what I've said, I need to confirm that this application isn't compatible with Windows 8.1
