Can I get XQRemote for Apple devices?

I use XQRemote on a Windows Vista PC to remote monitor security cameras. Can I use or get the same software to work on an iMac Apple computer to remote monitor the same cameras?

XQRemote is a DVR viewer application. It allows you to view IP cameras connected to Internet, however, there is no version of this application for Apple devices. It was created for Windows operating system only.
