I am concerned as to wether or not I should be using this app.

Is this app safe? Is it legal? I see it has only 459 users and I am struggling to find detailed information on this app. The app works but I am concerned on whether or not it is legal?

The application has been removed from the Google Play Store because of violation of terms. It allowed you to download copyrighted MP3 files. It's your responsibility if you download the files through the application. It's not legal to download tracks using this way. You can search on Google Play for Spotify or Pandora if you just want to listed music legally and free.
