Downloading SlowGold 8.

Question

I purchased the above software and have the CD but no additional information came with the CD. Unbeknown to me, the program I had loaded on my computer was the free time-limited one and the time has run out. Now when I try to download the purchased program it asks for a key which I do not have. I cannot find any customer service contact information for this program.
