I have installed E-guard Total Security. Now I am unable to access either printer or pen drive.
You should avoid using antivirus solutions with a bad rating or not being tested by official testers. However, to get access to USB ports, go to Settings > Exclusions and add the drive to the recognized devices then you can browse its contents.
