Installing Android on your tablet could be a dangerous operation. In case of tablets, you will need a custom tool in order to install it safely and there aren't many of these. The tool needs to be developed exactly for your version. However, try to boot the tablet into the Recovery menu using Volume UP + Power. Wait for the Android logo to appear then use Wipe Data/Factory Reset to restore the functionality to your tablet or you can simply press the Reset button in order to re-install the system from a recovery image.
