In order to fix the problem, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC, connect the iPod using the USB cable, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to reinstall the drivers. If you still can't transfer the playlists, update the software to the latest version and try again. Alternatively, in order to transfer the playlists to your computer, you can try using iTunes.
