Forwarding text messages and phone calls from my cell phone to my iPad.

Is it possible to have my phone calls and text messages forwarded from my Samsung Centura to my iPad?

Yes. You can forward calls from your Android device to other devices, but unfortunately not to an iPad. This isn't possible because the tablet doesn't have GSM features and can be used for calling only with third party tools like Viber or WhatsApp.
