My phone is not charging. What can I do?

Suddenly my phone is switched off and it's not charging, not starting, what should I do? I have a Samsung Galaxy GT 1900 S2.

First, shutdown your phone, and wait 10 sec. After that remove the battery and plug-in the charger, insert the battery and turn on your phone. If this method is not working, I recommend you visit a mobile shop and buy a new battery. Additionally, if you have warranty service, send it to them. You might get a new replacement for your phone.
